Very pleased with this purchase. Well made, stylish and looks good in the kitchen. Very easy to use and makes perfect coffee. The milk frother/steam option is also easy to use and makes great cappuccino/flat whites etc. We bought from Coffee Friend because the price was good compared to other places and we had excellent service, quick delivery and arrived in perfect condition because it was packaged very well. 5 starts for the coffee machine and 5 stars for Coffee Friend.

Not opened it yet as it’s a prezzie for my daughter, but as for the transaction I can’t fault it, it was quick, efficient service and after looking for the item over the net yours came out the cheapest, knocking £100 of Amazon’s price. Thank you and will definitely buy from again.

We really love this machine. It’s not too big that it takes over our small kitchen and it looks quite attractive actually. It does plenty of different coffees types and we like that you can switch to ground coffee every so often because we can have the decaf we like sometimes. It arrived promptly after ordering but it did come in a box with a picture of it on but luckily I intercepted the parcel before my husband saw it as it was a present for him. Thank you coffee friend, we love it.
