Resonable price , very good coffee machine for its price. However it’s not the UK model, it has different plug , some structural differences . It has been delivered with open original package to put a UK-compatible plug in it. I couldn’t register the model to delonghi UK warranty as the model variant is not on Delonghi-UK website.

this is the second machine of ECAM line that we owe. my wife is a big fan of delonghi products, so when the first machine successfully died after three years of everyday exploitation we had decided to buy a new one very similar to the original. the seller coffee friend offers a reasonable price for this device and even send it from Poland ( I believe) supplied with UK adaptor. So five star for coffee friend. talking about machine itself it is looks that delonghi has increased the speed of the mill (grinder) against older model, and for some reason installed some bars in coffee beans container, that ,by the way, you can easy dismantle (and it is not changing my opinion about this machine as high quality product). very happy. ta

The machine is more than I could have hoped for. Sturdily built, makes great coffee and is easy to use. Plus it was delivered quickly and at a much better price than Amazon!
