The key differences are the colour of the body and the material that the milk frother is made from: the "21.117W" model is equipped with a metallised milk frother.

This was my first Bean to Cup machine and it is absolutely amazing. Very easy to use, I love my Americano’s and this makes them as good as they get. The price was reasonable too and I could not recommend it it enough
