I brought this for my boyfriend’s Christmas present so was utterly disappointed when it was delivered in nothing other than cling film! I could not believe it that at this time of year when so many purchases are for Christmas that it would be sent without a box. He took in the parcel so had the surprise ruined. I was so disappointed at the delivery that I would have rather spent a little more to keep it a surprise.
However, the price was very competitive and having got over the shock of the delivery, I am very happy with my purchase. It was a very competitive price and is a fantastic product which makes excellent coffee.
I would buy from coffee friend again, just be wary of ordering as a surprise gift.
