I ordered a 3 pack of 3 types of beans for my Miele coffee machine. I really wasn't expecting much from a bean called Belgique. How wrong I was. This was by far my favourite bean. Really lovely flavour espressos. Even my father noticed and mentioned it – and he's no coffee aficionado. It really does have a nice flavour. Just ordered 2 more packs. The Caprismmo and the Fragrante I found bland by comparison.

The ECAM22.110.B is, in my view, one of the best bean to cup coffee machines available from Delonghi., not only in its ability to make good coffee but also its piano black finish. At the price listed it is excellent value for money. So much so that we decided to buy a second 22.110.B. Our first machine is now 5 1/2 years old and currently at Delonghi UK for service. Service takes 3 weeks so doing the math it was the same price to buy this new machine as going to our local coffee house for 3 weeks to drink 'real' coffee. My wife and I probably drink 2 to 3 cups of coffee per day and over 5 1/2 years the old machine must have dispensed in excess of 10,000 cups. During it's life we have had it serviced twice with no major issues. When it returns it will be gifted to a family member to hopefully carry on life making good coffee. As for the new machine, it's running perfectly and making superb coffee. Give one a try, I am sure you will not regret it.

I had this machine for just over a year. And we LOVE it

I have just purchased the ECAM 550.75.MS from The Coffee Mate. The machine was delivered by UPS within 1 week from placing my order although the packaging was damaged in transit and the free pack of coffee split opened by a screw from the supplied mains plug adapter the machine itself was not damaged. I contacted The coffee Mate by phone who addressed my complaint in a polite and apologetic way taking an interest in the damaged packing and offering to immediately replace the damaged pack of coffee. This is my 3rd Delonghi and is by far a more superior unit than my previous 6600 and 6700 machines as the Delonghi machines do not include a warranty registration card I attempted to register it online with Delonghi, this proved to be a problem as this is not a UK model and will not show up on the list on the UK Delonghi web site. Ater an email and phone conversation with Delonghi customer service (02392 392333) I was assured that the warranty would be automatically honored by Delonghi as long as I had the receipt with date of purchase and that all of the component parts were available here in the UK. If you are not looking to make chocolate drinks this is an excellent top of the range coffee maker supplied by an equally excellent company ‘The Coffee Mate’. Phil Pearce Cornwall

Have had this machine for over 3 years, sending it to be serviced every year and ensuring it is descaled regularly since I live in a very hard water area. It is serving me very well. The coffee served is lovely, it froths the milk effectively, the settings are easy to use and I really enjoy using it. If you like the idea of one button coffee operation this is the machine for you.

This machine looks amazing! I have reviewed all other bean to cup machines and this looks simply the best! This is definitely top of my wish last!!
