The drip tray may have been removed too early. After preparing the last drink, wait a few seconds before removing the drip tray.
1. Rinse the milk system and clean it thoroughly by hand (see user manual). 2. Check that all parts of the milk system are connected correctly. 3. Make sure there is enough milk in the milk container or milk package. 4. Use only chilled milk of suitable fat content (3-3.5%). 5. If the first steps did not work, perform an additional descaling program. The limescale residue may have reduced water/steam supply (this has a direct effect on milk frothing).
Possibly the brewing unit has not fully returned to its position where it could be removed. Switch the coffee machine off and on again (via the button on the back of the coffee machine).

This coffee machine produces delicious coffee and the variability of each cup is amazing. You can customise the strength and volume of each cup to your liking. It is very easy to clean and the designers really thought about the full user cycle for this machine. I’m very pleased.
Comments that complain about the temperature are misguided. The machine produces coffee that is at drinking temperature, or slightly hotter. The problem is that most drinkers are in the habit of making their coffee, and leaving it for 10 minutes to cool down. This isn’t needed with this machine.
My one complaint is on the water jug, 1.7L sounds like a lot, but it does an automated cleaning cycle when you turn it on AND when you turn it off (if you choose a drink that has milk). So the 1.7L capacity only lasts for 4-5 drinks before you need to refill it.

Amazingly delicious coffee.
I have mine set to “normal” temperature and it’s too hot to drink when it’s just brewed, so I don’t know if the others got a malfunctioning machine or what.
Only con is that it looks quite bulky, it’s just a big rectangle, and it’s noisy when the coffee is grinding.

This machine makes a great tasting coffe but even on the hottest setting the coffe isn’t very hot. I find myself heating them up in the microwave which isn’t ideal.
