Purchased 2 for Christmas present, 1 came complete the other had the sample packs missing , have contacted coffeefriend , still waiting for my sample pack ?

NO STARS. Terrible CUSTOMER service.. Foreign plug conversion, second-hand box. Machine did not work properly and after emailing was told to return it and would be checked and then some while before refund. IF CONFIRMED FAULTY. However, as explained in original email making complaint, the box was unusable and I am unable to get to UPS depot to drop off machine during lockdown. Company offered to collect but I have no confidence in this company as I was suspicious from the outset. There is no integrity in asking me to wait several weeks at least for a refund as a I originally contacted the company the week a I started using the machine. Had ordered it in the first place as a gift but could not use it as such as looked like I had bought it from a second hand shop or similar so kept it for myself. A very, very bad purchase. I usually order from John Lewis or direct from Nespresso so it is an expensive lesson.

Arrived on time and appears to work OK only negative I bought this in the UK but it arrived with a European two pin plug and a huge adapter, not good !! would not buy from this site again

Disappointed with this machine, our third Nespresso machine, as it was obviously made for the European power supply and requires an unsightly plug adaptor. This was not apparent when we purchased.
